I flew out to San Francisco to run workshops with the client and get a deep understanding of their users and product goals. From there, I worked closely with a team of UX designers, collaborating and handing off work between us throughout the project.
Together we redesigned the mobile app — mapping out user flows, building wireframes, and crafting detailed mockups. I identified and helped eliminate several critical blockers that were preventing new features from being built, and simplified the adapter pairing flow to make onboarding smoother for users.
I also designed several new features around driver safety and diagnostics. On top of that, I designed a desktop portal for fleet managers, giving them a clear view of their vehicles, drivers, and real-time data all in one place.
